Portable Spa Warranty Information

The ALPS hot tun spa is perfect for the do-it yourself enthusiast and for the average homeowner. ALPS hot tub spas have the best warranty available. ALPS hot tub spas are designed with ease of repair if ever needed. A repair part can be shipped to you and installed easily by the average homeowner. With the extended labor warranty any warranty service call will be a pro-rated $79 charge (trip fees may apply outside a metropolitan area). All products carry manufacturers warranty and some products include RSP extended warranty. We can handle your warranty claim or you can contact the manufacturer directly. The warranty card must be returned to ALPS spas within 30 days of spa delivery. Keep a copy of all warranty cards and information supplied with your products.
