Must have full length trailer freight access at delivery address. If non-deliverable due to access restrictions per the trucking company, you will be required to pick up the spa at the terminal within the storage time-frame. Spa returns due to non-deliverability will incur restocking and return shipping fees. The spa does not fit on a liftgate and requires 2-4 people to unload the spa from the truck at delivery.
