On Deck Track Automatic Cover - Up To 899 SF
Please Note: The track width must be a minimum 2" wider than the pool on each side. The track length must be a minimum 1-1/2' longer than the pool on each end. If you have brick or stone coping, the track width must be made wider. If your bench will be more than 1' from the pool edge the track length must be longer. Track width x track length equals cover SF.

There is actually a standard set by ASTM for the material used to create these covers> it states that the material must be able to hold a static weight of 485 pounds without tearing, ripping, or showing any other sign material failure. This number has been set as the minimum as it represents the average weight of two adults and one child. This was chosen assuming that the cover material would need to hold this weight to simulate two adults going to a child in case the child fell onto the cover.
