Bullnose coping is the most popular style used on vinyl liner pools as it allows the concrete deck to be poured up to the swimming pool edge; making for a convenient deck installation. The aluminum coping can be painted any color and does not have to be removed to replace your pool liner.

Flat-Faced Bullnose Coping
Flat-Track Cantilever Coping mounts to the top of the pool wall. The liner snaps into the track and allows for bullnose bricks or stones to be set over the swimming pool edge. The bricks or stones do not have to be removed in order to replace the swimming pool liner. Deck supports are recommended if a concrete deck will be poured up to the brick’s edge.

Cantilever coping may be chosen over the pool only OR over the pool and step. When chosen for pool only, a bullnose style pool step is included and the top edge of the step will be visible. If cantilever coping is chosen over the pool and step, a cantilever style pool step is included. The top edge of the step will not be visible on the deck.

Foam Deck Forms are used to pour a concrete edge using cantilever coping. The foam forms allow the concrete deck to be poured on top of the flat track coping and over the swimming pools edge. The forms are removed after the deck is installed. No changes to your deck need to be made in order to replace your pool liner.
